This website, located at myskills.ca, and all online training programs provided through the site (hereafter collectively referred to as the “Services”) are owned and operated by Myskill’s Training Solutions (“us,” “we,” “our”). Payment and Fees

• Prices for Services are subject to change. Updated pricing will be reflected on our website.

No Refunds

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Payment for training programs is final and non-refundable. Please ensure you fully understand the content and commitment level of your selected training program before purchasing.

Intellectual Property Rights

• All content and materials available through the Services, including but not limited to text, images, code, videos, and training resources are the exclusive property of Myskill’s Training Solutions or its licensors.
• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use these materials solely for their personal educational purposes.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without express written permission from Myskill’s Training Solutions.

User Conduct

• WE MAKE NO GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
• NO INFORMATION OR ADVICE PROVIDED BY MYSKILL’S TRAINING SOLUTIONS OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MYSKILL’S TRAINING SOLUTIONS, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Myskill’s Training Solutions and its stakeholders against all claims and expenses resulting from your use of the Services or breach of this Agreement.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Nova Scotia, Canada.
