Course Content Review Policy

Purpose

This policy establishes a systematic process for reviewing and updating our course content. This ensures our training programs remain up-to-date, relevant, and consistent with our commitment to providing quality training experiences.

This policy applies to all online training programs offered through Myskill’s Training Solutions.

• Regular Reviews: Course content will undergo a scheduled review at least annually. More frequent reviews may be triggered by:

  • Feedback from students or subject matter experts
  • Identification of errors or inconsistencies
• Review Criteria: The following criteria will be considered during content reviews:

  • Relevance to industry needs
  • Effectiveness of instructional design
  • Clarity and conciseness of materials
  • Overall quality and user experience
• Responsibility: [Designate role, e.g., Instructional Design Lead or Subject Matter Expert Committee] will conduct content reviews and propose updates as needed.

Updates and Communication

• Documentation: All changes and updates to course materials will be documented, including dates and rationale.
• Student Notification: Significant updates may warrant communication to enrolled or past students, as deemed appropriate by Myskill’s Training Solutions

Feedback Mechanisms

• Student feedback: We actively collect student feedback through surveys or other means. This feedback is considered during scheduled and triggered content reviews.
• Industry Monitoring: We stay abreast of developments in our focus fields to ensure courses reflect the latest knowledge and trends.
